NOTE: The available features and actions within the Subscription page are strictly determined by your roles' permissions. This means that you will only have visibility and access to the following actions that are specifically authorized based on your assigned roles:
• Access to subscriptions page
• Manage subscription
Once you have decided on the subscription plan and billing cycle you would like to upgrade or downgrade to, simply click the "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" button associated with that particular plan. By clicking this button, you will be prompted with a confirmation message. Click the "Accept" button to proceed with the changes.
With a monthly subscription, the system will automatically send you a monthly account statement (bill) via email.
If you haven't added a payment method, you will receive a prompt that says, "You have not added a payment method. Would you like to proceed to the Billing page to add one?" This message serves as a reminder to ensure that you have a valid payment method associated with your account before proceeding with the subscription upgrade. By visiting the Billing page, you can easily add a payment method and continue with the upgrade process smoothly.
Once your plan change has been successfully processed, a prompt message will appear, notifying you that your subscription has been updated successfully. This confirms that the changes to your plan have been applied, and you can now enjoy the features and benefits associated with your new subscription level.

You have the option to enable auto-renewal for your current plan. To do this, simply locate the toggle associated with that particular plan and enable it. By enabling auto-renewal, your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring uninterrupted access to the services and benefits provided by your subscription. This convenient feature saves you the hassle of manually renewing your plan and helps maintain continuity in your account usage.
