Manage Users in a Flow

Last updated 1 year ago

To manage users in a flow within the editor, follow these simple steps:

  1. Navigate to the Workflow: Find and select the workflow you want to manage.

  2. Manage Users Button: Click the "Manage Users" button located in the command bar.

Adding Users to Share the Flow

To share the flow with other users in your tenant, follow these steps:

  1. Select Users: Choose users from the dropdown menu.

  2. Add Button: Click the "Add" button to include selected users.

Managing Users' Access in the Flow

You have control over who can access your workflow and the level of access they possess. This is essential for maintaining the flow's security settings and regulating user interactions.

Users can be assigned one of two access levels:

  • Read Only: Users with "Read Only" access can view the workflow but cannot make any changes to it.

  • Editor: Users with "Editor" access can both view and modify the workflow.

To manage user access permissions:

  1. Dropdown Menu: Click the dropdown menu next to the user's name to reveal access options.

  2. Select Access Level: Choose the appropriate level of access you want to assign to the user.
