In this section, you'll learn how to setup your account for a smoother and more personalized experience within our application. To begin, click on your avatar to access the menu. In the menu, you'll find several options:
Fill out your profile with relevant and accurate information. This can include profile picture, your name, organization, email, location, contact details, and language.
NOTE: The available features and actions within the Profile page are strictly determined by your roles' permissions. This means that you will only have visibility and access to the following actions that are specifically authorized based on your assigned roles:
• Access to account page
Initiate a password change through the "Request Password Change" button, and follow the emailed link for the process.
Personalize your visual experience by selecting between light and dark themes to suit your preferences. Simply click on the theme to explore light, dark, or system options, then select your desired theme.
Stay informed about your current subscription plan to access all available features.
Securely end your session whenever necessary to maintain account security.
Remember, regularly reviewing and updating your account details is crucial for maintaining account security and optimizing your user experience.
Once you have successfully set up your account, you can proceed to upgrade your plan by visiting the Subscription page. Additionally, you can manage roles and permissions by accessing the Roles and Permissions page. These pages provide you with the necessary controls and options to customize your subscription and configure user roles and permissions according to your specific requirements.
