To streamline the account creation process, the option to create a new account directly within the CX Fabric platform has been removed. Instead, users are now directed to the CXFabric.io website to sign up and request access.
Steps for Account Creation
Visit the CXFabric Portal:
Navigate to the CX Fabric platform app.cxfabric.io, click the Sign Up button.
Redirect to CXFabric.io:
Instead of the usual signup option, you will be redirected to the CXFabric.io website. This ensures a more secure and managed account creation process.
Sign Up and Request Access:
On the CXFabric.io website, go to the Contact Us page and locate the contact form. Fill out the contact form with the necessary details to request access to the CXFabric platform.
Await Confirmation:
After submitting the contact form, your request will be reviewed. You will receive an email confirmation with further instructions once your account request is processed and approved.
