Schedule Flow

The Flow Scheduler is an essential feature within editor that enhances your task and event management experience. It streamlines your scheduling tasks, helping you optimize your workflow and stay organized.

Adding a New Schedule

To add a new schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler.

  4. Click the "Add New Schedule" button or select the desired day on the calendar to create a new event.

  5. Provide schedule details such as title, date, time, flow name, interval type (optional), and any additional preferences.

  6. Click "Save" to add the schedule to your calendar.


Editing a Schedule

If you need to make changes to an existing schedule, here's what you should do:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler.

  4. Find the schedule you wish to edit, either by selecting from the calendar or clicking the ellipsis icon on upcoming events.

  5. Modify the relevant details.

  6. Confirm your changes by clicking "Save."


Pausing a Schedule

To temporarily pause a schedule:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler

  4. Locate the schedule you want to pause.

  5. Look for the "Pause" option and click on it.

  6. This action pauses the schedule until you choose to resume it.


Resuming a Schedule

If you want to restart a paused schedule:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler.

  4. Find the paused schedule and select it.

  5. Click on the "Resume" option to reactivate the schedule.


Removing a Schedule

If you need to remove a schedule:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler.

  4. Find the schedule you want to remove and click on it.

  5. Look for the "Remove" or "Delete" option and confirm your choice.

  6. The schedule will be permanently removed from your calendar.


Viewing Upcoming Events

To see the upcoming events in your schedule:

  1. Find and select the desired workflow.

  2. Click on "Flow Properties" in the command bar.

  3. Within the flow properties window, click the "Schedule" button to open the scheduler.

  4. A list of your upcoming events will be displayed on the right side of the schedule window, including event names, dates, and times.
